The Burners that we use in our wood ovens, are the best on the world market, they are of the Italian company AVANZINI and we use the type D2 which is specially made in order to allow the mixed combustion
of GAS with WOOD
They come in two versions for ovens – Wood ovens with a diameter of 100 cm – 140 cm.
with electricboard 1950 euros (price without VAT) andtransport
with Manual board 1650 euros (price without VAT) and transport
and for smaller ovens with diameter 80 – 90 cm the price with manual board is 1450 euros (without VAT and transport)
We note that
There are other cheaper burners which are only for gas use and are usually not electric
meaning ! They do NOT keep the temperature on their own at the degrees you want to bake!
