When you leave a review for one of our products, your username, comment, and date and time are stored in our database for the purpose of displaying your review when a user views that product. Reviews are stored indefinitely and can be removed if you ask us to or when the product they refer to is no longer available. Note: only users logged into their account can leave reviews.
The anonymous aggregate data we collect through the analytics tools is retained for 50 months. These do not include sensitive personal data.
Regarding users who have created an account in our store, we store the personal data that they fill in their profile. Any user can view, edit, or even delete their personal information at any time. Our site administrators can also view and edit this information.
If you leave a review, the comment and the metadata associated with it are retained indefinitely. This is so that your comment can be useful to another user who is trying to decide on a purchase.
We share the data we collect only with the data processors that provide us with specific services, such as Google and Yandex for analytics, or PayPal and Eurobank for payment processing. If you have subscribed to our newsletter then the e-mail and other data you have entered are shared with MailChimp. We will never sell or give your data to third parties.
All data processors we work with have local offices within the EU, except for MailChimp which operates from the US. All data transfers from our site to these companies are done through secure (SSL) channels and our partners take all the necessary measures to be in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
If you have an account in our online store, you can request a record of the personal data we may have about you, including the data you have entered. You can still request the deletion of this data. The only exception is data that we are required by law to keep for administrative, legal, financial or security purposes.
