Our Wood Fired Ovens Develop an internal temperature of 450 degrees in the minimum time, bake Italian pizza perfectly in 60 – 90 seconds and do not burn it from below.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h6>\n

At a temperature of 320 degrees the operation of the oven is very easy, it bakes the most Fluffy Greek pizza in 3-4 minutes with incredible results.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Due to the special type of oven floor 30 cm thick (From the baking plate to the base – unique in its kind) and excellent insulation, it keeps 300 degrees minimum temperature for the next day.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    The insulation of our ovens is done with the best and most expensive materials (used in space technology, for this reason the outside temperature of the oven even if it has 500 degrees Celsius inside will never exceed 40-50 degrees<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
